How long does it take to receive the finished project?
Voice Speaking will work as quickly as possible. Everything will depend on the type of work required (e.g. with or without music). As part of our quote we will provide you with an estimated time-frame for the delivery of the service.

How does the service of recording outside the studio work?
Voice Speaking will send its operators to the chosen location, where they will record the voices as agreed. The editing and mastering work will then be handled and processed in the Voice Speaking offices in Udine (Italy).

What is not included in the service?
Writing, proofreading, translating or adapting of the text in any way is NOT included. For these services visit our "Collaborations" page.

What should I pay the most attention to, when sending my order?
To ensure your registration is in line with your expectations, it is essential that you provide any useful information about the reading and pronunciation of special words, such as names, names of foreign locations, invented adjectives and adverbs and so on. Failure to mention this information at the time of the order relieves Voice Speaking of any liability for imperfections in the execution of the work.

What if I find errors in the records?
Should the final recording contain any error and/or imperfection caused by Voice Speaking, we guarantee the fast and free delivery of a corrected version. In case the errors were due to mistakes/omissions on the part of the Customer, a re-call fee will have to be paid in order to obtain a new registration with the requested changes.
